A blend of barrel fermented saison brewed with barley, spelt, wheat & Wisconsin-grown hops, fermented with our house mixed culture, before refermenting on local Balaton, Montmorency, and blush cherries from Barnard Farms. Naturally conditioned in the can + keg.
