Heroic Nonsense arrives fully committed and heavily armed with Centennial, Columbus, Columbus Cryo, Comet and Copper hops, unleashing a ruthless barrage of citrus, grapefruit and pine flavors. It'll probably melt your face off, but, you know, in a good way.

We partnered up with our fellow midwest brewery friends, Eagle Park, to create Midwest Sound. Krush, Galaxy, Nelson, Nelson Abstrax, and Citra Abstrax bringing the tangerine, mango, and passion fruit, all wrapped in a soft, juicy body. 7.5% ABV

Mozart played full-volume in the brewhouse as the Dovetail Vienna Lager was born. Copper in color, with a warm, malty character, it is brewed with 100% Vienna Malt and Styrian Golding Hops.

Bright citrus and tangerine aromas rise from the glass, balanced with a subtle touch of sweet malt.

Refreshing, medium-bodied, with an aroma of grain and the pleasant floral and citrus of Saphir hops.

Sour blonde ale described as a tart and jammy, ruby-colored beer brewed with boysenberries, vanilla, and salt. It offers a "dessert experience," balancing bright, jammy fruit flavors with a creamy vanilla finish and a subtle salty note.

Pub Draught has a thick, creamy head that rests on top of a hazy amber beer. Pub Draught has a smooth aroma of light English hops, along with a faint fruit smell. The aroma hints at the taste of flaky biscuit-like toasted malts with a hint of toffee and mild English hops.
